A 1994 Business and International Management and top 10 Graduate from Florida
International University, Guillermo obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree with honors
from Saint Thomas University in 1999. He brings a lifetime of experience in the
Florida Real Estate Market purchasing his first Multi Family Building in South
Florida in 1984. He has over 40 years of Construction and Development experience
and a proven ability to integrate practice and vision into a rapidly growing Florida
Real Estate Market. He was one of the pioneers in developing the residential market
in Homestead Florida in 2003. He oversaw the building of hundreds of single-family
homes, townhouses, and condos for over a decade in Homestead. Today his sights
are set in one of the fastest growing residential markets in the U.S. in the West Coast
of Florida.
